Through Nigel’s photographic prints, we’re offering you a chance to own some unique wall art. This comes in the form of high quality, signed prints of Nigel Hicks’ photography.
With utterly unique imagery and stunning reproduction quality you can be sure that you’ll never find these images in the racks of mass-produced material across any department store. Not only that, but such uniqueness coupled with the artist’s original signature, holds out the possibility that these images may become, in time, collectors’ items. Your kind of print: photographic paper or canvas
We currently offer our prints produced on two media: photographic paper and canvas. The choice, of course, is yours. Here’s how they differ:
Photographic paper
We use a high quality lustre photographic paper, with a weight of 250 g/m2. Both the paper and the types of inks used ensure the print’s longevity (provided it is not displayed in direct sunlight).
The print is supplied to you rolled up in a tube, providing delivery convenience, and giving you the choice of how you mount and frame the finished image.
Canvas
In this medium, the print is produced on high quality white cotton canvas, and is then stretched and fixed over a wooden frame. The print is thus supplied ready to hang on your walls, providing instant wall art.
As with photographic paper, the inks and nature of the canvas ensure that the print will last many years.
Other media
Although photographic paper and canvas are the two media that we currently offer, we’re hoping to add others in due course. These will include acrylic and metal, both of which yield images that are both stunning and highly contemporary in style. Watch this space for more news!
Our sizes
Regardless of the medium, our prints are generally available in three sizes, as follows:
- 20 x 29 cm
- 28 x 40 cm
- 40 x 56 cm
A few of our images are available in square format, and so of course their printing sizes will be a little different. In such cases just see the sizes available for that particular print in the relevant part of the print shop.
